Analysts foresee less revenue Caterpillar

For this year Caterpillar's revenue will be around 41,68 billion USD. This is according to the average of the analysts' estimates. This is hugely lower than 2019's revenue of 53,8 billion USD.

The analysts expect for 2020 a net profit of 2,95 billion USD. The majority of the analysts expects for this year a profit per share of 5,25 USD. The price-earnings-ratio equals 32,14.

Per share the analysts anticipate on a dividend of 4,1 USD per share. The dividend yield is then 2,43 percent. The average dividend yield of the industrial companies equals a limited 0,23 percent.

Caterpillar's market capitalization is around 97,12 billion USD. The Caterpillar stock was the past 12 months quite volatile. Since last October the stock is even 32 percent higher. This year the stock price moved between 88 and 171 dollar.
