Analysts expect over 2021 rising revenue Caterpillar

On Monday the American company Caterpillar will publish its past quarters results. Over the current book year the total revenu from the company based in Deerfield will be 46.55 billion USD (consensus estimates). This is quite more than 2020's revenue of 41.75 billion USD.

The analysts expect for 2021 a net profit of 4.48 billion USD. The majority of the analysts expects for this year a profit per share of 8.35 USD. With this the price/earnings-ratio is 27.41.

For this year most of the analysts expect a dividend of 4.35 USD per share. Caterpillar 's dividend yield thus equals 1.9 percent. The average dividend yield of the industrial companies is a good 1.59 percent.

KBC Securities, JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank recently provided recommendations for the stock.

Caterpillar 's market capitalization is based on the number of outstanding shares around 125.91 billion USD. The Caterpillar stock was the past 12 months quite unstable. Since last April the stock is even 107 percent higher. This year the stock price moved between 100 and 238 dollar.
