Analysts: less sales Caixabank, quite high dividend

Tomorrow the Spanish Caixabank will report its past quarters results. For this year Caixabank's revenue will be around 7,93 billion euros. This is according to the average of the analysts' estimates. This is rather significant lower than 2018's revenue of 10,5 billion euros.

The analysts expect for 2020 a net profit of 1,2 billion euros. The majority of the analysts expects for this year a profit per share of 19 cent. The PE-ratio therefore is 8,32.

Huge dividend Caixabank

Per share the analysts are expecting a dividend of 0,08 cents per share. Thus the dividend yield equals 5,06 percent. The average dividend yield of the banks equals a good 3,32 percent.

Based on the current number of outstanding shares Caixabank's market capitalization 9,43 billion euros. The Caixabank stock was the past 12 months quite volatile. Since last April the stock is 42 percent lower. This year the stock price moved between 2 and 3 euro. Since 2008 the stock price is almost 47 percent higher.
