Analysts count on sales decrease Biogen

Tomorrow the American company Biogen will publish its past quarter results. For this year Biogen's revenue will be around 14,08 billion USD. This is according to the average of the analysts' estimates. This is slightly lower than 2018's revenue of 14,38 billion USD.

The analysts expect for 2020 a net profit of 5,59 billion USD. The majority of the analysts expects for this year a profit per share of 32,35 USD. The price/earnings-ratio therefore equals 10,49.

For this year analysts don't expect the company to pay a dividend. The average dividend yield of the biotech companies equals a low 1,16 percent.

Based on the current number of outstanding shares Biogen's market capitalization is 66,93 billion USD. The Biogen stock was the past 12 months quite volatile. Since last April the stock is even 48 percent higher. This year the stock price moved between 216 and 375 dollar. Since 2008 the stock price is almost 599 percent higher.
