Galapagos will announce it's last quarter's results tomorrow. Over the current book year the total revenue will be 214,52 million euros (consensus estimates). This is rather significant lower than 2017's revenue of 317,85 million euros.
The analysts expect for 2018 a net loss of 186 million euros. The majority of the analysts expects for this year a loss per share of 3,36 euros. Based on this the price/earnings-ratio is -30,48.
Analysts don't expect the company to pay a dividend. The average dividend yield of the biotech companies is a moderate 0,5 percent.
Galapagos's market capitalization is based on the number of outstanding shares around 5,22 billion euros. The Galapagos stock was the past 12 months quite volatile. Since last April the stock is even 32 percent higher. This year the stock price moved between 71 and 112 euro. Since 2008 the stock price is almost 1378 percent higher.
