Arcadis past years among worst Dutch shares

For this year Arcadis's revenue will be around 3,17 billion euros. This is according to the average of the analysts' estimates. This is hugely more than 2017's revenue of 2,44 billion euros.

The analysts expect for 2018 a net profit of 97 million euros. Most of the analysts anticipate on a profit per share of 1,13 euros. The PE-ratio therefore is 10,17.

Huge dividend Arcadis

Per share the analysts expect a dividend of 0,46 cents per share. The dividend yield is then 4 percent. The average dividend yield of the construction/infrastructure companies equals a good 2 percent.

Latest estimates around 16 euros

The most recent recommendations for the construction/infrastructure company are from Kepler Capital Markets, KBC Securities and ABN AMRO.

Arcadis's market value equals around 974,26 million . The Arcadis stock was the past 12 months quite volatile. Since last January the stock is 37 percent lower. This year the stock price moved between 10 and 20 euro. Since 2008 the stock price is almost 42 percent higher.

At 18.35 the stock trades 1,12 percent lower at 11,49 euros.
