Analysts: more sales Arcadis, relatively high dividend

Tomorrow the Dutch Arcadis will report its past quarters results. For this year Arcadis's revenue will be around 3,35 billion euros. This is according to the average of the analysts' estimates. This is hugely more than 2018's revenue of 2,44 billion euros.

The analysts expect for 2019 a net profit of 120 million euros. The majority of the analysts expects for this year a profit per share of 1,33 euros. Based on this the price/earnings-ratio is 13,64.

Huge dividend Arcadis

Per share the analysts are expecting a dividend of 0,55 cents per share. The dividend yield is then 3,03 percent. The average dividend yield of the construction/infrastructure companies is a poor 1 percent.

Latest estimates around 18 euros

The most recent recommendations for the construction/infrastructure company are from ING, Kepler Capital Markets and ABN AMRO.

Arcadis's market capitalization is based on the number of outstanding shares around 1,57 billion euros. The Arcadis stock was the past 12 months quite volatile. Since last July the stock is even 25 percent higher. This year the stock price moved between 10 and 19 euro.

At 11.31 the stock trades 1,1 percent lower at 18,14 euros.
