Accenture buys strategy and consulting service provider, Gevity

  • Accenture (NYSE:ACN) acquired Gevity, a strategy and consulting service provider for the healthcare sector through innovative technology solutions.
  • Gevity is the second acquisition for Accenture Canada in 2021. The commercial terms were not disclosed.
  • Gevity specializes in providing strategic consultancy services to health sector clients spanning capability areas such as health systems integration, informatics and analytics, and solution implementation and program management.
  • The addition will bolster Accenture 's health transformation service capabilities in Canada and internationally. Over the current book year the total revenue will be 50.54 billion USD (consensus estimates). This is rather significant more than 2021's revenue of 44.33 billion USD.
