Analysts: more sales FedEx

Tomorrow the American FedEx will report its past quarters results. Over the current book year the total revenu from the company based in Memphis will be 76,81 billion USD (consensus estimates). This is rather significant more than 2019's revenue of 69,22 billion USD.

The analysts expect for 2020 a net profit of 4,31 billion USD. For this year the majority of the analysts, consulted by press agency Thomson Reuters, expects a profit per share of 16,43 USD. Based on this the price/earnings-ratio is 17,39.

Per share the analysts are expecting a dividend of 2,66 USD per share. The dividend yield is then 0,93 percent. The average dividend yield of the transport companies equals a poor 0,49 percent.

FedEx 's market capitalization is based on the number of outstanding shares around 74,52 billion USD. The FedEx stock was the past 12 months quite unstable. Since last December the stock is even 78 percent higher. This year the stock price moved between 89 and 306 dollar.
