Tomorrow the English company BP will publish its past quarters results. Over the current book year the total revenue will be 206,03 billion GBp (consensus estimates). This is rather significant lower than 2018's revenue of 278,4 billion GBp.
The analysts expect for 2020 a net profit of 2,45 billion GBp. According to most of the analysts the company will have a profit per share for this book year of 13 GBp. With this the price/earnings-ratio is 23,74.
Based on the current number of outstanding shares BP's market capitalization is 6202,61 billion GBp. The BP stock was the past 12 months quite volatile. Since last April the stock is 41 percent lower. This year the stock price moved between 223 and 568 GBp. Since 2008 the stock price is almost 49 percent higher.
