Analysts expect over 2020 decreasing revenue ABB, high dividend yield

Tomorrow the Swiss ABB will report its past quarter results. For this year ABB's revenue will be around 24,14 billion CHF. This is according to the average of the analysts' estimates. This is rather significant lower than 2018's revenue of 27,98 billion CHF.

The analysts expect for 2020 a net profit of 1,35 billion CHF. For this year the majority of the analysts, consulted by press agency Thomson Reuters, expects a profit per share of 69 cent. Based on this the price/earnings-ratio is 24,38.

Huge dividend ABB

For this year most of the analysts expect a dividend of 0,78 cents per share. Thus the dividend yield equals 4,64 percent. The average dividend yield of the semiconductor companies is a relatively high 5,56 percent.
