Tomorrow the Dutch AkzoNobel will report its past quarters results. Over the current book year the total revenue will be 8,68 billion euros (consensus estimates). This is slightly lower than 2018's revenue of 9,28 billion euros.
The analysts expect for 2020 a net profit of 607 million euros. For this year the majority of the analysts, consulted by press agency Thomson Reuters, expects a profit per share of 3,29 euros. Based on this the price/earnings-ratio is 19,88.
Analysts expect a dividend of 1,84 euros per share. The dividend yield is then 2,81 percent. The average dividend yield of the chemical companies is a relatively high 2,56 percent.
AkzoNobel's market capitalization is based on the number of outstanding shares around 14,9 billion euros. The AkzoNobel stock was the past 12 months quite volatile. Since last April the stock is 17 percent lower. This year the stock price moved between 46 and 92 euro. Since 2008 the stock price is almost 68 percent higher.
