E.ON in top German dividend returns

Investors in E.ON can expect a huge dividend payment. Based on the recent analysts' consensus the stock now has one of the highest dividend returns of the German market. Analysts expect a dividend of 0,46 cents per share. Thus the dividend yield equals 5,82 percent. The average dividend yield of the energy companies equals an attractive 15,23 percent.

E.ON's market value equals around 17,12 billion . The E.ON stock was the past 12 months quite unstable. Since last March the stock is 17 percent lower. This year the stock price moved between 8 and 12 euro. Since 2008 the stock price is almost 66 percent higher.
