Analysts expect over 2020 rising revenue Hapag-Lloyd

Tomorrow the German Hapag-Lloyd will publish its past quarters figures. For this year Hapag-Lloyd's revenue will be around 12,64 billion euros. This is according to the average of the analysts' estimates. This is slightly more than 2018's revenue of 12,61 billion euros.

The analysts expect for 2020 a net profit of 339 million euros. For this year the majority of the analysts, consulted by press agency Thomson Reuters, expects a profit per share of 1,7 euros. The PE-ratio therefore is 40,29.

Per share the analysts are expecting a dividend of 0,54 cents per share. Hapag-Lloyd's dividend yield thus equals 0,79 percent. The average dividend yield of the transport companies is a relatively high 1,69 percent.

Newest target prices around 37 euros

The most recent recommendations for the transport company are from JP Morgan, Jefferies & Co. and HSBC.

Based on the current number of shares Hapag-Lloyd's market capitalization equals 12,04 billion euros. The Hapag-Lloyd stock was the past 12 months quite unstable. Since last March the stock is even 164 percent higher. This year the stock price moved between 23 and 82 euro.
