Analysts count on revenue increase Iberdrola, high dividend yield

Tomorrow the Spanish Iberdrola will report its past quarter results. Over the current book year the total revenue will be 37,36 billion euros (consensus estimates). This is slightly more than 2018's revenue of 35,08 billion euros.

The analysts expect for 2020 a net profit of 3,32 billion euros. Most of the analysts anticipate on a profit per share of 52 cent. The PE-ratio therefore is 21,02.

Analysts expect a dividend of 0,37 cents per share. The dividend yield is then 3,39 percent. The average dividend yield of the energy companies is an attractive 4,40529241627223 percent.

Iberdrola's market capitalization is based on the number of outstanding shares around 75,56 billion euros. The Iberdrola stock was the past 12 months quite volatile. Since last February the stock is even 61 percent higher. This year the stock price moved between 7 and 11 euro. Since 2008 the stock price is almost 169 percent higher.
