Analysts foresee more revenue AT&T, relatively high dividend

Tomorrow AT&T will publish its past quarters results. For this year AT&T's revenue will be around 171,18 billion USD. This is according to the average of the analysts' estimates. This is slightly more than 2017's revenue of 160,55 billion USD.

The analysts expect for 2018 a net profit of 23,33 billion USD. According to most of the analysts the company will have a profit per share for this book year of 3,52 USD. Based on this the price/earnings-ratio is 8,71.

Huge dividend AT&T

Per share the analysts expect a dividend of 2,03 USD per share. AT&T's dividend yield thus equals 6,62 percent. The average dividend yield of the telecommunications companies is a good 2 percent.

Based on the current number of outstanding shares AT&T's market capitalization is 188,28 billion USD. The AT&T stock was the past 12 months quite unstable. Since last January the stock is 12 percent lower. This year the stock price moved between 27 and 39 dollar. Since 2008 the stock price is almost 24 percent higher.

On Monday the stock closed at 30,67 USD.
