Analysts expect revenue increase FedEx

Next Monday the American FedEx will publish its past quarter's figures. For this year FedEx 's revenue will be around 70,92 billion USD. This is according to the average of the analysts' estimates. This is slightly more than 2017's revenue of 65,45 billion USD.

The analysts expect for 2018 a net profit of 4,66 billion USD. According to most of the analysts the company will have a profit per share for this book year of 17,33 USD. Based on this the price/earnings-ratio is 14,61.

Per share the analysts are expecting a dividend of 2,63 USD per share. The dividend yield is then 1,04 percent. The average dividend yield of the transport companies is a low 1 percent.

Based on the current number of shares FedEx 's market capitalization equals 67,91 billion USD. The FedEx stock was the past 12 months quite volatile. Since last September the stock is 19 percent higher. This year the stock price moved between 212 and 275 dollar. Since 2008 the stock price is almost 179 percent higher.
