Analysts: more sales Persimmon, quite high dividend

Tomorrow the English Persimmon will report its past quarter's results. For this year Persimmon 's revenue will be around 3,62 billion GBp. This is according to the average of the analysts' estimates. This is slightly more than 2017's revenue of 3,42 billion GBp.

The analysts expect for 2018 a net profit of 866 million GBp. The majority of the analysts expects for this year a profit per share of 270 GBp. The PE-ratio therefore is 9,12.

Huge dividend Persimmon

Per share the analysts expect a dividend of 222 GBp per share. Thus the dividend yield equals 9,02 percent. The average dividend yield of the real estate companies equals a good 2 percent.

Barclays , UBS and Jefferies & Co. recently provided recommendations for the stock.

Persimmon 's market capitalization is based on the number of outstanding shares around 759,52 billion GBp. The Persimmon stock was the past 12 months quite unstable. Since last August the stock is 7 percent higher. This year the stock price moved between 2361 and 2913 GBp. Since 2008 the stock price is almost 885 percent higher.

At 11.39 the stock trades 1,1 percent lower at 2462 GBp.
