SPRINGFIELD, Mo., June 25, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Guaranty Federal Bancshares , Inc., (NASDAQ:GFED), the holding company (the “Company”) for Guaranty Bank, today announces a dividend per common share of $0.15 for its second quarter ending June 30, 2021. The dividend will be payable on July 16, 2021 to stockholders of record on July 6, 2021.
