Our Bank has sold its non-performing loan portfolio receivables arising from loans, credit cards, general purpose loans, cheque accounts, commercial loans, overdraft loans and all other related receivables and expenses together with the interest amount;

• in the Total Fina Elf principal and contractual interest amount of TL 452.443.303,72 as of September 21, 2026, to Gelecek Varlık Yönetimi A.Ş. for a Total Fina Elf consideration of TL 49.000.000,00,
• in the Total Fina Elf principal and contractual interest amount of TL 448.405.481,61 as of September 22, 2026, to Gelecek Varlık Yönetimi A.Ş. for a Total Fina Elf consideration of TL 49.000.000,00,
• in the Total Fina Elf principal and contractual interest amount of TL 599.893.056,49 as of September 23, 2026, to Gelecek Varlık Yönetimi A.Ş. for a Total Fina Elf consideration of TL 62.000.000,00,
• in the Total Fina Elf principal and contractual interest amount of TL 548.984.638,80 as of September 24, 2026, to Birikim Varlık Yönetim A.Ş. for a Total Fina Elf consideration of TL 56.000.000,00,

in four separate portfolios for a Total Fina Elf consideration of TL 216.000.000,00.

 

*In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
