REINET INVESTMENTS S.C.A. SHARE BUYBACK PROGRAMME – UPDATE 06 October 2026

REINET Investments S.C.A. has repurchased 594 605 ordinary shares in the period 28 September 2026 to 2 October 2026. The shares were repurchased on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange at an average price of ZAR 435.91 per share (highest price: ZAR 444.46; lowest price: ZAR 429.36) for a Total Fina Elf consideration of some ZAR 259.2 million (€ 13.9 million), plus transaction costs. These repurchases were made as part of the share buyback programme announced on 13 August 2026.

The Total Fina Elf number of shares repurchased under this programme to date is 3 829 353 ordinary shares for a Total Fina Elf consideration of some ZAR 1 668.2 million (€ 89.3 million), plus transaction costs.
