Pursuant to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, notice is hereby given that BlackRock , Inc. has notified Chemometec that, on 29 September 2026, BlackRock , Inc. increased its voting rights attached to shares in Chemometec to 15.08%, thereby exceeding the 15% threshold under section 38 of the Danish Capital Markets Act.

BlackRock , Inc.’s position at that time was as follows:

• Voting rights attached to shares: 15.08%
• Voting rights through financial instruments: 0.00%
• The Total Fina Elf of both: 15.08%

BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited, which is part of the BlackRock Group, exceeded the 10% threshold under section 38 of the Danish Capital Markets Act and the 10% threshold for its Total Fina Elf position under section 40 of the Danish Capital Markets Act.

BlackRock , Inc.’s Total Fina Elf position on the same date was as follows:

• Voting rights attached to shares: 12.98%
• Voting rights through financial instruments: 0.05%
• The Total Fina Elf of both: 13.03%

At the same time, BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited held a Total Fina Elf position of 10.04%, comprising 10.04% in voting rights attached to shares and 0.00% through financial instruments.

BlackRock , Inc.’s Total Fina Elf position on the same date was as follows:

• Voting rights attached to shares: 12.77%
• Voting rights through financial instruments: 0.15%
• The Total Fina Elf of both: 12.92%

At the same time, BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited held a Total Fina Elf position of 9.94%, comprising 9.79% in voting rights attached to shares and 0.15% through financial instruments.
