The insurance sector's large caps have the highest dividends

Within the insurance sector, we see a low diversification of the 12-months returns. Since July last year the sector is around 10 percent higher. Among the winners we find Erie Indemnity Co, Goosehead Insurance and April SA. Relatively big losses were for Saga, Just and Kingstone Companies.

The midcaps are the cheapest and trade at 13 times the earnings per share. Phoenix Solar Holdings, Admiral and Curtis Banks are the stocks with the highest ratios. Stocks with the lowest ratios are Genworth Financial, Brighthouse Financial and Aegon NV.
