Within the industrial goods sector, we see a low diversification of the 12-months returns. Since March last year the sector is around 3 percent higher. Relatively big losses were for Countrywide, Purplebricks and CBL & Associates Properties.
The large caps in this sector are the winners. Among the less performing are mostly the microcaps.
Regarding the price/earnings-ratios we see a diversified palette. The midcaps are with the price/earnings-ratio of 31 the most expensive. The microcaps are the cheapest and trade at 18 times the earnings per share. Re/Max Holdings, Entra ASA and Grivalia Properties REIC are the stocks with the highest ratios. Stocks with the lowest ratios are Emlak Konut Gayrimenkul Yatirim Ortakligi AS, Magnolia Bostad AB and Corestate Capital Holding SA.
The sector's average dividend yield is with 3,5 percent relatively high. Stocks now high dividend yields now are CBL & Associates Properties, Orchid Island Capital and Two Harbors Investment.
