Analysts count on revenue increase WDP

Tomorrow WDP will publish its past quarters results. Over the current book year the total revenu from the company based in Wolvertem will be 261.64 million euros (consensus estimates). This is hugely more than 2020's revenue of 228.4 million euros.

The analysts expect for 2021 a net profit of 194 million euros. According to most of the analysts the company will have a profit per share for this book year of 1.07 euros. Based on this the price/earnings-ratio is 27.68.

For this year the analysts expect a dividend of 85 cents per share. WDP 's dividend yield thus equals 2.87 percent. The average dividend yield of the real estate companies equals an attractive 3.63 percent.

WDP 's market capitalization is based on the number of outstanding shares around 5.11 billion euros. The WDP stock was the past 12 months quite unstable. Since last April the stock is even 29 percent higher. This year the stock price moved between 23 and 32 euro.
