Analysts expect sales decline Freenet, relatively high dividend

Tomorrow the German company Freenet will publish its past quarter results. Over the current book year the total revenue will be 2,61 billion euros (consensus estimates). This is rather significant lower than 2019's revenue of 2,93 billion euros.

The analysts expect for 2020 a net profit of 211 million euros. For this year the consensus of Freenet's result per share is a profit of 1,64 euros. Based on this the price/earnings-ratio is 9,34.

Huge dividend Freenet

Analysts expect a dividend of 1,44 euros per share. Freenet's dividend yield thus equals 9,41 percent. The average dividend yield of the telecommunications companies is a poor 0,53 percent.

Latest estimates around 21 euros

Berenberg, Hauck & Aufhauser and Barclays recently provided recommendations for the stock.

Freenet's market capitalization is around 1,96 billion euros. The Freenet stock was the past 12 months quite volatile. Since last August the stock is 12 percent lower. This year the stock price moved between 14 and 22 euro.
