Analysts expect over 2020 decreasing revenue Hochtief, quite high dividend

On Monday the German Hochtief will publish its past quarters figures. For this year Hochtief 's revenue will be around 25,59 billion euros. This is according to the average of the analysts' estimates. This is slightly lower than 2019's revenue of 25,85 billion euros.

The analysts expect for 2020 a net profit of 553 million euros. The majority of the analysts expects for this year a profit per share of 7,73 euros. With this the price/earnings-ratio is 9,15.

Huge dividend Hochtief

Per share the analysts anticipate on a dividend of 4,56 euros per share. The dividend yield is then 6,45 percent. The average dividend yield of the construction/infrastructure companies is a low 0,73 percent.

Most recent target prices around 124 euros

The most recent recommendations for the construction/infrastructure company are from HSBC, Kepler Capital Markets and Independent Research.

Based on the current number of outstanding shares Hochtief 's market capitalization 4,99 billion euros. The Hochtief stock was the past 12 months quite unstable. Since last July the stock is 26 percent lower. This year the stock price moved between 42 and 122 euro.
