Analysts expect over 2018 rising revenue DSM

Tomorrow the Dutch DSM will publish its past quarters figures. Over the current book year the total revenue will be 9,27 billion euros (consensus estimates). This is slightly more than 2017's revenue of 8,63 billion euros.

The analysts expect for 2018 a net profit of 1,02 billion euros. Most of the analysts anticipate on a profit per share of 5,83 euros. Based on this the price/earnings-ratio is 14,72.

For this year the analysts expect a dividend of 2,2 euros per share. DSM's dividend yield thus equals 2,56 percent. The average dividend yield of the chemical companies is a limited 1 percent.

Latest estimates around 100 euros

Barclays, Goldman Sachs and ABN AMRO recently provided recommendations for the stock.

Based on the current number of shares DSM's market capitalization equals 15,02 billion euros. The DSM stock was the past 12 months quite volatile. Since last February the stock is 11 percent higher. This year the stock price moved between 68 and 93 euro. Since 2008 the stock price is almost 325 percent higher.

At 10.13 the stock trades 0,49 percent higher at 85,82 euros.
