April 18, 2011 MW Indices plc (the "Company") MW TOPS Global Alpha (the "Fund") The directors of the Company wish to announce that the following resolution was approved at the EGM which was held on 18 April 2011. "The change to Appendix 3 of the Prospectus as set out in Schedule 1 of the Circular to Shareholders of the Fund dated 25 March 2011." It is expected that the changes will be effective from 3 May 2011 or such later date as the Company may determine, following receipt of all necessary approvals to the change.
