FERRARI: periodic report on the buyback program

Ferrari N.V. (NYSE/MTA: RACE) announces that under the common share buyback program announced on 9 February 2018, the Company has purchased the common shares. Details of such transactions are provided in attachment. After the purchases announced today, the Company currently holds No. 5,160,225 common shares in treasury. In total, the Company holds 2.06% of total issued share capital including the common shares and the special voting shares.
