Thin Film Electronics ASA - Registration of Share Capital Increase

Reference is made to the announcement by Thin Film Electronics ASA (the “Company”) on 20 May 2020 regarding the Extraordinary General Meeting on such date and the resolution to complete a private placement of 227,272,727 shares. The share capital increase associated with the private placement has now been duly registered in the Register of Business Enterprises. Following the share capital increase, the Company's share capital is NOK 32,089,823.15 divided into 291,725,665 shares, each share having a par value of NOK 0.11. The new shares will be admitted to trading on Oslo Børs once the Company has published a listing prospectus.
