Providence Resources P.l.c. have been informed by Pageant Holdings Limited on 9 October 2017 that with effect from 6 October 2017;

Pageant Holdings Limited now holds 60,375,910 ordinary shares of €0.10 each in the capital of the Company representing 10.10 % of the issued ordinary share capital.
