Amendments to Financial Calendar 2019 - Company announcement No 18/2019

Copenhagen, 15 October 2019

As announced 28 March 2019 (Company Announcement No 3/2019), Santa Fe Group A/S had scheduled the Interim Report for Q3 2019 to be released 14 November 2019. The divestment of the Relocation business announced 25 September 2019 (Company Announcement No 16/2019) has reduced and simplified the continuing operations significantly, and as a result of this the Santa Fe Group A/S will only announce the H1 and Full year results going forward. The announcement of the Interim Report Q3 2019 has consequently been cancelled.

The amended Financial Calendar 2019 is hereafter as follows:
