“The appointment of Caroline Bevan as an independent non-executive Director gives the Group further strength in depth in its Board through an extensive network and experience base advising large businesses across the UK. I’m pleased that our thorough and detailed search process has identified such talent.

I reiterate my thanks to John Glasgow who retires after 10 years of supporting the Group in its phenomenal growth trajectory – having been part of the Board since IPO and when revenues have increased from c£20m to approaching £1bn.”

Bobby Kalar, Chief Executive Officer, said:

“I’d personally like to thank John Glasgow for his significant and unwavering support to myself, the Executive Committee and the wider business over the last 10 years. John has provided robust challenge with mentoring and coaching across a variety of activities, and will be missed on his retirement.

I am very pleased to welcome Caroline Bevan to the Board.
