flatexDEGIRO expands Management Board

In today’s meeting, the Supervisory Board of flatexDEGIRO SE has appointed Dr Benon Janos as CEO with immediate effect. He will assume the operational lead of flatexDEGIRO alongside Oliver Behrens (CEO and Chairman of the Management Board). Benon Janos takes on operational responsibility for the continued expansion of the online brokerage business. Oliver Behrens will head flatexDEGIRO’s B2B business and its Treasury activities.

Dr Thomas Lindner has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He has held a number of Senior finance positions at flatexDEGIRO since joining the company in 2012. The appointment of Thomas Lindner to the Management Board of flatexDEGIRO SE is subject to the customary regulatory assessment by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bafin).
