Former Sydney Roosters captain Jake Friend joins plumbing and home-services industry leader Greg Harris in bringing their combined leadership experience to Friendly Plumbing’s Team , systems and service across Sydney.

Harris brings more than 35 years of experience in plumbing and home services. As an industry leader, he has spent his career helping teams deliver high-quality service and developing a clear understanding of what customers should expect from a plumber.

His experience helps guide the way the Friendly Plumbing Team is trained, how jobs are quoted and how work is completed.

Friend brings a different leadership background to the business. During a 264-game NRL career with the Sydney Roosters, he captained the club, won three Premierships and represented Australia and Queensland.

As co-owner of Friendly Plumbing, Friend applies many of the same principles that shaped his professional sporting career to the business, including preparation, teamwork and maintaining high standards.

Friend said those principles continue to influence the way he and Harris lead Friendly Plumbing.
