Volex plc announces it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 25p each through Peel Hunt LLP.

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares and following the cancellation of the purchased shares, the Company will have 182,180,336 ordinary shares in issue of which none are held in Treasury.

The figure of 182,180,336 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculating whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The table below contains detailed information about the purchases made as part of the buyback programme which was announced by the Company on 07 April 2026 (the "Programme").
