Notice of AGM and dividend timetable
Orchard Funding Group PLC, the finance company which specialises in insurance premium finance and the professions funding market, announces that the Company's annual report and accounts for the 18 months ended 31 January 2026, together with notice of its 2026 annual general meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders.
The AGM will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 23 July 2026 at the offices of Allenby Capital Limited, 5 St Helen's Place, London, EC3A 6AB. A copy of the annual report and accounts and the notice of AGM are available to download from the company's website at www.orchardfundinggroupplc.com.
Dividend timetable
Subject to the passing of the relevant resolution at the AGM, the final dividend of 1p per ordinary share in the Company will be paid on or around 30 July 2026 to shareholders on the register on 10 July 2026. The ex-dividend date is 9 July 2026.
