Hello Paris, the consortium led by Keolis and RATP Dev operating the CDG Express, has successfully completed the ordering of all train paths for its 2027 timetable using the IVU.rail the software solution of IVU Traffic Technologies AG — becoming the first railway company in France to order train paths using the new European standard, the TSI Telematics.

TSI Telematics (TSI TEL), the successor to TSI TAF and TSI TAP, represents the next generation of interoperable rail telematics standards in Europe. This milestone marks a major step in the planning and preparation for the upcoming launch of the CDG Express in March 2027. For the 2027 timetable, Hello Paris has ordered around 300 train paths, covering approximately 57,000 trains for the full year, including 152 commercial trains and 4 non-revenue trains per day. This achievement demonstrates the robustness and efficiency of IVU.rail in supporting complex scheduling needs for major rail operations.

“The successful completion of this train path ordering, carried out for the first time in France in accordance with the TSI Telematics standard, is a true source of pride for Hello Paris Services, as it firmly establishes the company within the French rail landscape”, says Malcolm Urie, Operations Director at Hello Paris Services. “This technological first demonstrates the excellent collaboration between Hello Paris and IVU, as well as the robustness of the IVU.rail solution. It is a key progress towards the implementation of a modern, reliable, and high-performance service between Paris and Charles de Gaulle Airport.”

“The smooth ordering of train paths for the CDG Express 2027 timetable was made possible by the close day-to-day collaboration between the teams at Hello Paris, IVU and SNCF Réseau. This agile and solution-oriented approach was decisive for this first implementation in France. With IVU.rail, the train path ordering process is now automated, fully integrated and scalable for the entire timetable year, which significantly reduces manual work”, says Martin Schilling, Head of International Rail Projects at IVU Traffic Technologies.
