The General Meeting of The Mortgage Society of Finland has on March 23, 2018 taken the following decisions:

Mr Kari Joutsa and Mr Markku Koskinen reached the end of their term in Supervisory Board due to maximum age stipulated in the rules. Ms Julianna Borsos and Ms Hanna Kaleva were appointed as new members of the Supervisory Board starting on March 23, 2018. The Mortgage Society of Finland's Board of Directors and other accountable persons were granted discharge.

The Mortgage Society of Finland's Supervisory Board has on March 23, 2018 taken the following decisions:

Mr Markku Koskela continues as Chair and Mr Hannu Hokka as Vice chair. Mr Juha Metsälä and Mr Kallepekka Osara were appointed as inspectors and Ms Anni Sinnemäki and Ms Liisa Suvikumpu as deputy inspectors. Mr Kai Heinonen, Mr Harri Hiltunen, Mr Pasi Holm, Mr Mikko Huopio, Mr Hannu Kuusela, Mr Teemu Lehtinen, Ms Sari Lounasmeri, Mr Ari Pauna and Ms Tuija Virtanen continue as members of the Board of Directors.

The Mortgage Society of Finland's Board of Directors has on March 23, 2018 taken the following decisions:

Ms Sari Lounasmeri continues as Chair, Mr Harri Hiltunen as Vice chair and Mr Mikko Huopio as Secretary.
