DK Telekommunikation ApS announces its has obtained approval from the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority
DK Telekommunikation ApS, which on 28th February 2018 announced the offer document concerning its voluntary takeover offer for TDC A/S, today announces that the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority has approved the indirect acquisition of a qualified interest in TDC Reinsurance A/S, that will follow from a completion of the takeover offer.
