CHICAGO, Feb. 02, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Innovator Capital Management, LLC (Innovator) today announced the net asset value (NAV) of the Innovator U.S. Equity Accelerated 9 Buffer ETF™ - January (Cboe BZX: XBJA) was adjusted by the amounts indicated below on February 2, 2023. These adjustments are the result of an error in calculating XBJA’s NAV.

This is a one-time adjustment, and Innovator does not expect additional changes.
