InVision AG Releases Preliminary Results for 2019 Financial Year 

Düsseldorf (Germany), 19th February 2020 - In the fiscal year 2019, InVision AG (ISIN: DE0005859698) generated total revenues of EUR 12.62 million  (2018: EUR 13.07 million), according to preliminary figures. Within the product division of Workforce Management revenues decreased by 3 percent to EUR 12.23 million (2018: EUR 12.65 million). The revenues of the Education division (The Call Center School) went down by 7 percent to EUR 0.39 million (2018: EUR 0.42 million).

Compared to the previous year, the Company's EBIT (Earnings Before Interest and Taxes) increased from EUR 0.23 million up to EUR 0.98 million. Thus, the EBIT margin was at 8 percent for the fiscal year 2019 (2018: 2 percent).

The equity capital increased by 29 percent and totaled EUR 13.13 million at year-end (2018: EUR 10.18 million). As of December 31st, 2019, the equity ratio equaled 72 percent (31 December 2018: 84 percent), based on a balance sheet total of EUR 18.21 million (31 December 2018: EUR 12.08 million).
