SII Group joins the Gaïa Index, a French SRI stock index

SII Group, a specialist in engineering business lines, is announcing its addition to the 2019 Gaïa Index, a socially responsible investing (SRI) stock market index that highlights SMEs and mid-market companies according to their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance.

SII Group is joining the 2019 Gaïa Index, positioned in 37^th place (out of 230). As such, SII is joining the top 70 French companies that have received the best extra-financial performance ratings out of a list of 230 publicly traded companies. Over 150 criteria are analysed to evaluate the commitment of the companies on the list in regards to the transparency and maturity of their CSR policies, practises, and performances.

Gaïa Rating is the ESG rating agency of EthiFinance, specialising in the SME and mid-market segments of publicly traded companies in the European market. Every year, Gaïa Rating publishes the Gaïa Index, the sustainable development index of reference for mid-cap companies. Created 10 years ago, this index outperforms the CAC 40 and the CAC Mid & Small indices every year.
