CPI PROPERTY GROUP - Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 24 April 2019

The extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of CPI PROPERTY GROUP (the "Company") was held on 24 April 2019 in front of a notary public (the "EGM"), with shareholders holding approximately 87.7% percent of the Company's shares being present or represented.

The EGM, convened on 22 March 2019, resolved to fully restate the articles of association of the Company, without amending the corporate object and the authorized capital of the Company, to comply with and reflect recent changes in the Luxembourg corporate laws.
