Arkadia Announces CTO and Changes to Directors and Officers

CALGARY, Alberta, March 15, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Arkadia Capital Corp. (TSXV:AKC.H) (the "Company") announces the following:

  • On January 4, 2019, the Alberta Securities Commission issued a cease trade order against the Company for failure to file its audited annual financial statements and management's discussion and analysis for the financial year ended August 31, 2018.
  • Ryan Danard, Edward J. Kalthoff, and Dennis Nerland, QC have resigned as directors of the Company.
  • Messrs. Danard and Nerland have resigned as officers of the Company.
  • Adam Rock has been appointed as a director and the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Corporate Secretary of the Company.

The Company wishes to thank Messrs. Danard, Kalthoff, and Nerland for their service and wishes them well in their future endeavors.

Mr. Rock is a partner of Nerland Lindsey LLP, a law firm, where he specializes in corporate and securities matters. He holds a law degree from the University of Toronto and is called to the bar in the Province of Alberta.
