Grammer AG Supervisory Board appoints new CFO

- Supervisory Board appoints Ms. Jurate Keblyte to the Executive Board as Chief Financial Officer

- Selection process for future CEO continuing according to plan

Amberg, March 15, 2019 - Following a thorough selection process, the Supervisory Board of Grammer AG has made another important decision regarding the future composition of the Executive Board. At its meeting on March 15, 2019, the Supervisory Board decided to appoint Ms. Jurate Keblyte to the Executive Board and to assign her to the position of Chief Financial Officer with effect from August 1, 2019.

Ms. Keblyte has gained professional and management experience in various executive positions both in Germany and internationally. Most recently, she was CFO at Kuka Robotics, where she was responsible for business development. She was employed there from 2010 to 2017, before becoming an interim manager for corporate development, finance and controlling on a self-employed basis.

"Grammer has gained in Ms. Keblyte an experienced expert in finance and controlling as a new member of the Executive Board. With her international experience, she will help us to optimize our global footprint and boost our profitability and cash flow," says Dr.-Ing. Klaus Probst, Chairman of the Supervisory Board. "We are delighted to have filled a vacancy on the Executive Board and to strengthen Grammer 's senior management with a competent and team-oriented executive with this decision."

Manfred Pretscher will remain on the Executive Board until August 31, 2019. The position of CFO will continue to be filled interimistically by Mr. Pretscher until the assumption of office by Ms. Keblyte on August 1, 2019 to ensure continuity and a smooth transition.

The search for a successor to Mr. Pretscher and a new CEO for Grammer AG is continuing according to plan. Jens Öhlenschläger was previously appointed to the Executive Board and the position of COO in December.
