Based on the recent analyst estimates Befimmo now has one of the highest dividend returns of the Belgian stock exchange.

The consensus of the dividend per share is at 3,28 euros. The dividend return consequently equals 6,41 percent. The average dividend of the real estate company equals 1,51 percent.

For this year the consensus of the revenue equals 139,88 million euros. This is slightly lower than the 2015's revenue of 140,06 million euros.

The analysts foresee for 2016 a net profit of 86 million euros. For the current year the consensus of the result per share is of profit of 3,77 euros. Based on this the price/earnings-ratio equals 13,58.

Based on the number of outstanding shares Befimmo 's market capitalization equals 1,19 billion euros.

At 15.01 the stock traded 0,33 percent higher at 51,19 euros.
